Zigo Spaces is a marketplace

Zigo Spaces connects people looking for a home with landlords. Zigo Spaces is not a party to your tenancy agreement and does not collect rent on behalf of landlords.

Platform access, not commission

Browsing published listings and their public information is free. Direct contact access is a paid Zigo Spaces platform service offered through single-contact unlocks and 30-day access passes. Referral rewards are non-cash platform credits and are subject to eligibility and anti-abuse rules. Rent, deposit and any service charges are agreed and paid directly between you and the landlord.

Refunds and cancellations

Zigo Spaces access purchases do not renew automatically. Refund eligibility for duplicate charges, failed delivery of paid digital access and other payment issues is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Listings are provided as-is

Listing information is provided by landlords and reviewed by Zigo Spaces where recorded. Availability and tenancy terms can change and are not guaranteed by Zigo Spaces.

Notifications

Where priority alerts are offered, active pass holders may opt in to property-match notifications and choose an available delivery channel. Delivery timing depends on the messaging network and is not guaranteed to occur at an exact second. Users can pause alerts.

Phone numbers supplied for rental listings may receive transactional SMS from Zigo Spaces about listing availability checks and explicit paid contact unlocks. An unlock does not guarantee that the user will call or contact you. Access-pass contact reveals do not notify landlords.

Acceptable use

Contact details revealed through Zigo Spaces are for finding a home and must not be collected in bulk or misused. Zigo Spaces may restrict access for accounts that attempt to harvest contacts.
