Zigo Spaces is designed so that sensitive information is not exposed on public listing pages.
Location is approximate in public
Public listing pages and maps show an approximate area — never the private household coordinates. Exact GPS is read separately on the server and is released only for an eligible verified rental after your account and access checks pass.
Phone numbers are protected
Landlord phone numbers are not placed on public listing pages. A number is returned only after a contact request passes Zigo Spaces's access checks. Contact reveals are logged to protect landlords and prevent bulk harvesting.
Optional property alerts and availability checks
If priority alerts are enabled and you opt in, Zigo Spaces stores your selected areas, budget, minimum bedrooms, property types and delivery preference so matching rental notifications can be sent to the phone number on your account. You can pause those alerts. Zigo Spaces may also contact landlords about whether a listed property is still available; those operational checks are used to keep listing status current.
What stays between you and the landlord
Zigo Spaces charges for platform access, not a commission on your rent. Your rent, deposit, tenancy agreement and payment arrangements remain between you and the landlord.
